EVS runs the first dedicated electric vehicle service network in the GCC, with branches across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Al Ain. A network that size has a specific digital problem: a single website has to work as nine local businesses at once, in two languages, for an audience that ranges from a Tesla owner searching for a battery check to a fleet manager comparing warranty cover. Oasis Digital built the platform that carries all of it — branch-level local SEO, a service taxonomy deep enough to hold every repair category, a warranty product section spanning 21 vehicle brands, and a booking flow that gets an owner from search result to appointment without a phone call.

Challenge
EV servicing is not a single search. Someone with a warning light searches for a fault, someone at the end of a lease searches for battery health, someone in Sharjah searches for a garage near them, and a growing share of that audience searches in Arabic. The old structure treated the business as one location with a list of services, which meant branches competed with each other for the same terms, and the depth of what EVS can actually do — high-voltage work, module programming, BMS calibration, ADAS recalibration — was invisible to search entirely.
Solution
We rebuilt the site around the two things customers actually search for: a place and a problem. Every branch became its own page with its own address, hours, phone number and Google rating, so each one can rank in its own area. Every service category was broken into individual pages — programming and software, mechanical, battery and electrical, body and paint, insurance — down to the specific job. The whole structure was mirrored in Arabic, and an extended warranty section was built as a proper product area, with per-brand coverage documents, so it could sell rather than just describe.

Multi-Branch Location Architecture
A dedicated page for each of the nine EVS branches, carrying its own address, opening hours, contact number, directions and live Google rating so every location can compete in its own local search results.
Deep Service Taxonomy
Five service categories broken down into individual job-level pages, from firmware updates and custom region coding to brake and suspension work, so specific high-intent searches land on a specific page.
Arabic Localisation
A full Arabic version of the site structure, so the platform serves both halves of the UAE search market rather than only the English-speaking half.
Extended Warranty Product Area
A warranty section built as a commercial product rather than a description: coverage across 21 brands and 62 models, one, two and three year terms, and a downloadable coverage document for each brand.
Booking & Enquiry Flow
A persistent Book Service action and toll-free number across the site, with a roadside assistance route for customers who need help immediately rather than an appointment.
EV Brand Coverage Pages
Dedicated coverage for the EV brands EVS services, so owners searching by their own car's make find a page that speaks directly to it.
Local SEO Foundations
Metadata, heading structure, location schema and internal linking built around place-and-problem search behaviour rather than a generic service list.
Blog & Content System
A publishing system feeding seasonal and evergreen EV content — summer heat preparation, winter maintenance, battery health checks — that captures demand ahead of the service booking.
