Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Oasis Digital website and to enquiries, communications and service discussions made through this website.

By using this website, contacting Oasis Digital or requesting information about our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Who we are

Oasis Digital is a digital agency based in the United Arab Emirates. We provide services including web app development, AI automation, SEO strategy, mobile app development, custom software, websites, digital platforms and related digital growth services.

References to “Oasis Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Oasis Digital and its authorised team members or representatives.

3. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in a way that may damage, disrupt, overload or impair the website, interfere with another user’s access or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or related systems.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, misuse or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the website, its content, code, design, visuals, structure or functionality without our written permission.

4. Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, current or suitable for your specific circumstances.

Any examples, case studies, service descriptions, results, statistics or project references are provided for illustrative purposes and may not represent guaranteed outcomes for future projects.

5. Service enquiries

Submitting a form, sending an email, contacting us by phone or messaging us does not create a formal client relationship unless a proposal, agreement, invoice, statement of work or other written contract has been accepted by both parties.

Any initial consultation, estimate, proposal or project discussion is subject to confirmation, availability, scope, timeline, payment terms and final written agreement.

6. Proposals, pricing and scope

Any prices, timelines or service details discussed before a formal agreement are estimates only unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, payment milestones, timelines, revisions, hosting, maintenance, integrations, third-party tools and ownership terms should be confirmed in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, contract or statement of work.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

7. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, access credentials, brand assets, images, copy, feedback and any other materials needed for a project.

Delays in providing required materials, access or approvals may affect project timelines. Oasis Digital is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, incomplete information, third-party issues or client-side dependencies.

8. Third-party tools and platforms

Projects may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, analytics tools, payment processors, advertising platforms, AI providers, CRMs, email services or other external systems.

Oasis Digital is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, API limitations, data loss, service restrictions or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

9. AI, automation and digital systems

Where AI or automation features are used, outputs may require human review. AI-generated content, recommendations, summaries or automated actions should not be treated as guaranteed, error-free or suitable for every use case without appropriate checks.

Clients are responsible for reviewing, approving and using AI or automated outputs appropriately, especially where business, financial, legal, medical, advertising, compliance or customer-impacting decisions are involved.

10. SEO and marketing results

SEO, advertising, content and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine changes, advertising platform policies, budget, market conditions, website history and client-side execution.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversion volumes, revenue results, lead volumes or advertising outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content, design, branding, visuals, code, layout, copy, graphics and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Oasis Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Project ownership terms should be agreed in the relevant proposal, contract or statement of work. Some elements may remain subject to third-party licences, open-source licences, software subscriptions or platform terms.

12. Payments and project terms

Payment terms, deposits, instalments, due dates, late payment terms, cancellation terms, refunds and ongoing fees should be confirmed in the relevant proposal, invoice, contract or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused if payments are overdue or if required approvals, access or information have not been provided.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oasis Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill or expected savings arising from use of this website or our services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect information submitted through the website or during communication with Oasis Digital.

15. External links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. Oasis Digital is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security or availability of third-party websites.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.

Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
