Project overview

From business need to digital system.

EVS runs the first specialist electric vehicle service network in the GCC: twelve centres across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. The next step was franchising the model internationally, which is a fundamentally different marketing problem from selling a car service. The buyer is an investor choosing a territory, and the question they need answered is not whether EVS is good, but whether their market is worth entering. Oasis Digital built the platform around that question: a published research programme covering 134 country markets and all 50 US states, a franchise proposition that argues a specific commercial thesis, and an enquiry funnel that starts with the territory rather than the brand.

You can explore the live product at EVS Worldwide.

Challenge

Franchise recruitment usually runs on assertion — a glossy pack, some lifestyle photography and a claim that the market is growing. That does not survive contact with a serious investor, who wants to know the fleet size in their country, what share of servicing is actually addressable, who already owns the customer and what the law requires before a bay can open. EVS had the operating model and the track record, but no way to prove the opportunity at the scale of a specific territory. Meanwhile the brand also had to keep serving ordinary customers looking for a service centre near them.

Solution

We made the research the marketing. Every target market got a published assessment built from national vehicle authorities and primary legislation, with the model and its assumptions shown rather than hidden — including a comparison tool for weighing four territories side by side. The franchise section was then written to argue a real thesis: that the defensible business is high-voltage complexity, not routine servicing. Enquiry starts by naming a territory, which returns the market report alongside the franchise pack, so the first conversation is already about a specific place. Behind the login sits the partner system that makes the offer credible — a marketing programme and a versioned asset library each new centre launches with.

What we delivered

The key systems, assets and improvements created for the project.

01

Market Intelligence Programme

A published research library covering 134 country markets and all 50 US states, each assessing plug-in fleet size, addressable service pool, competitive set, incentives, regulation and location economics — sourced from national vehicle authorities and primary legislation.

02

Territory Comparison Tool

An interactive comparison for evaluating up to four markets side by side, with a shareable link so an investor can circulate the analysis to their own partners.

03

Franchise Proposition

The commercial argument, written out: why high-voltage complexity is the defensible business, why a general garage proposition fails, and how the hub-and-spoke network model works in a new territory.

04

Territory-Led Enquiry Funnel

An enquiry flow that opens with the market the investor is considering and returns the intelligence report alongside the franchise pack, so the research feeds the funnel and the funnel proves the research.

05

Workshop Setup Specification

The technical answer to what an investor is actually buying: three high-voltage capability tiers, six functional workshop zones, compliance requirements and a fit-out timeline from decision to first vehicle.

06

Partner Marketing Programme

The marketing system each franchisee launches with — a localised territory website on the shared platform, local SEO and Google Business setup, lead routing, a launch campaign kit, B2B outreach collateral and performance reporting.

07

Partner Asset Hub

A gated, versioned resource library for approved partners: brand system, campaign templates, cleared media, signage and livery specifications, B2B decks and customer-facing document templates.

08

Insight & Content System

A publishing structure split between market analysis and technical content, building search authority around EV servicing as a category rather than around the brand alone.

09

Network & Locations Layer

A locations structure covering operating centres across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar plus markets opening soon, so the platform still serves customers looking for a nearby service centre.

Project impact

Designed to create long-term business value.

184 published market reports — 134 country assessments plus all 50 US states — built from primary sources.

A research library that doubles as the top of the franchise funnel: investors arrive for the data on their market and leave as a territory enquiry.

A side-by-side comparison tool for evaluating up to four territories, with a shareable link.

A five-part franchise journey covering the opportunity, workshop setup, marketing support, application and partner asset hub.

A documented marketing programme every new partner launches with, turning a claim of support into something a buyer can inspect before signing.

A network view spanning 12 operating centres across 4 countries, with 3 further markets opening.

A positioning argument — complexity over routine servicing — that separates EVS from every general garage competing on price.
