What does website maintenance actually include?

The exact mix depends on the site and is agreed up front.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes - WordPress, Shopify, Next.js and most things in between. We start with a health check and tell you honestly whether the site is worth maintaining or whether a rebuild would cost less than keeping it alive.
How much does website maintenance cost in Dubai?
It depends on the platform, the size of the site and how much monthly change you need. A small brochure site on a modern stack costs a fraction of a multi-language, multi-location platform. The health check gives us enough to quote properly rather than guess.
Is this the same as hosting?
No. Hosting is where the site lives; maintenance is keeping it healthy. We can arrange or manage hosting as part of a plan, but a hosting plan on its own does not update, back up, monitor or fix anything.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, we investigate and restore from a tested backup if needed, and you get a plain account of what happened and what changed to stop it recurring. Response times are agreed in the plan.
Can I see what you have done each month?
Yes. Every update and change is logged, the monthly report summarises it, and the search and performance data behind it sits in ODAI where you can log in and check it yourself.
