How Much Does a Website Cost in Dubai? (2026 Prices)

6 October 2026•6 min read

Website cost in Dubai in 2026, in AED: what a business website, an e-commerce store and a landing page cost to build, and what each feature adds to the price.

How Much Does a Website Cost in Dubai? (2026 Prices)

The short answer

A business website in Dubai starts at AED 4,500 with us for a simple site of up to five pages, and AED 7,000 for an e-commerce store or a site that runs on live data. Features are what move the price: a booking system or user accounts add AED 1,500 each, payments AED 500, full SEO AED 1,000. A fully specified build with branding, every feature and a one-month deadline comes to about AED 20,750.

Most answers to this question give a range so wide it is useless: somewhere between a few thousand dirhams and a few hundred thousand. That is true and it does not help anyone set a budget. So this guide does the opposite. It uses our own price list, the one behind our website cost calculator, and shows what each decision adds to the bill.

Every figure below is in AED, is a one-off build cost, and is a starting figure rather than a quote. The final price is set after a short discovery call, because the things that change it most are the things you have not thought about yet.

The type of website sets the starting price

There are two starting points, and which one you are on depends on whether the site only shows information or also does something with it.

Type of websiteStarts atWhat it is
Simple static websiteAED 4,500A brochure site: who you are, what you do, how to reach you
Lead-optimised landing pageAED 4,500One page built around a single offer and a single action
Website with dynamic dataAED 7,000Listings, a catalogue, or content the site pulls from a database
E-commerce websiteAED 7,000Products, a basket and a checkout

The gap between the two is not about how the site looks. A static site is pages. A dynamic or e-commerce site is software, and software has to be designed, tested and kept working. That difference is the single biggest thing in how we scope a website build.

Page count matters less than people expect

Businesses often ask for a price per page. It is the wrong unit. Once the design system exists, another page is mostly content.

PagesAdds
1 to 5Included
6 to 10AED 500
11 to 20AED 1,000
21 or moreAED 1,250

Going from five pages to more than twenty adds AED 1,250. Adding one booking system adds more than that. If you are trying to bring a quote down, cutting pages is rarely where the money is.

Features are where the budget goes

Each feature below is a piece of working software with its own edge cases: what happens when a payment fails, when two people book the same slot, when someone forgets a password.

FeatureAdds
Blog or news sectionAED 500
Payment processingAED 500
Custom formsAED 500
CRM integrationAED 1,000
Booking systemAED 1,500
User accounts or membershipsAED 1,500

Choosing a specific platform, whether WordPress, Shopify or Webflow, adds AED 400 for the setup. Bear in mind that hosted platforms such as Shopify also charge their own monthly subscription, which is separate from anything you pay an agency. If you are unsure which route suits you, we compared them in WordPress vs custom websites.

When the list of features gets long, or the site has to talk to systems you already run, it stops being a website project. That is custom software, and it is scoped differently.

Branding, content, SEO and hosting are the costs people forget

A quote for "a website" often leaves these out, and they turn up later as extras. Ask about each one before you compare prices.

ItemAdds
Brand guidelines, if you already have a logoAED 500
Logo and brand guidelines from scratchAED 3,000
CopywritingAED 250
Images and graphicsAED 500
Standard SEO setupAED 350
Full search optimisationAED 1,000
DomainAED 50
Hosting setupAED 300

SEO deserves a note. The basics, such as clean code, fast pages, correct metadata and structured data, are cheapest when they are planned before the first page is built. Google's own SEO Starter Guide covers what a site needs to be found, and its Core Web Vitals describe how page speed is measured. Fixing either on a finished site costs more than building it in. That is the reasoning behind our SEO and AEO work: it starts in the structure, not after launch.

A tight deadline costs more

The same site costs more when it has to be live sooner, because it takes people off other work.

Launch withinAdds
3 monthsAED 250
2 monthsAED 1,000
1 monthAED 1,500

If your launch date is fixed by an event or a licence, say so at the start. It changes the plan as well as the price.

Three worked examples

Here is how those numbers add up for three common builds.

BuildWhat is in itEstimate
Brochure site for a service businessStatic site, up to 5 pages, your own brand and content, standard SEO, hosting and domain, 3-month launchAED 5,450
Business site that brings in enquiriesDynamic site, 6 to 10 pages, WordPress, blog, custom forms, full SEO, copywriting, 2-month launchAED 11,150
Online storeE-commerce, 11 to 20 pages, Shopify, payments, user accounts, full SEO, images, 2-month launchAED 12,900

At the top of the list, an e-commerce site with more than twenty pages, a new brand, every feature, full SEO, content support and a one-month deadline comes to AED 20,750. Web applications, client portals and platforms sit above that and are priced after discovery. The Stone & Stud project shows what a brand and website built together looks like when the search structure is planned first.

What you pay after launch

The build is a one-off. Three things continue afterwards, and none of them is in the figures above:

  • Hosting and the domain renewal, paid yearly or monthly depending on the provider.
  • Platform fees, if the site runs on a subscription platform.
  • Maintenance: updates, security, backups and monitoring. A site that is not looked after gets slower and less secure every month. This is what our website maintenance service covers.

When you compare two quotes, compare the first year in full, not the build price alone.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a basic website cost in Dubai?

With us, a simple static website of up to five pages starts at AED 4,500. With hosting, a domain and standard SEO, a typical brochure site comes to about AED 5,450.

How much does an e-commerce website cost in Dubai?

An e-commerce build starts at AED 7,000. A store on Shopify with payments, user accounts, full SEO and a two-month launch comes to about AED 12,900, before the platform's own subscription.

Why do website quotes in Dubai vary so much?

Because "a website" can mean five pages or a piece of software. The price follows what the site has to do, such as payments, bookings, accounts and integrations, far more than how many pages it has or how it looks.

How long does it take to build a website?

A standard business website usually takes a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on design complexity, how quickly content arrives and the number of feedback rounds.

Is this estimate a fixed price?

No. It is a starting figure built from the common cost drivers. The price is confirmed after a discovery call, once we have seen your content, your integrations and what the site has to do for the business.
